Imbangan Mesra Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 5th January 2001. The company is a telecommunication technology based company which mainly involves in designing and manufacture the cellular phone and wireless phones.
Currently, there is the first model of cellular phone in the Malaysia market which is AIFA-AF88. Besides, other 3 products which are GSM wireless phone, CDMA wireless phone and FWT was introduced in Indonesia market.

| Annual Sales Turnover was RM897,503.00 in 2003. The company had a contract of "To produce and supply cellular phone parts using UV spray for China market. The company then invested RM2.5 Million for the machines. Imbangan Mesra Sdn Bhd has experience in producing and supplying of plastic parts and PCB mounting to multinational companies, and having good knowledge in R&D and quality, the company then decided to come up with its own product- Cellular Phone. The cell phone with the brand name AIFA (the First Malaysian Made Cellular Phone) was then designed and produced. In addition, Imbangan Mesra Sdn Bhd has secured the two year contract (2004-2005) to supply 70,900 units of FWT to P.T Indosat Indonesia. With the purchase of technology, Imbangan Mesra Sdn Bhdcould expand the market to other countries such as Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Gambia, Iran, Turkey, India, Syria, Arab Saudi and Morocco. The most important is the tenchnology would be the catalyst for Imbangan Mesra Sdn Bhd to expand the products, to come up with new designs and products, and to the first local company involved in the design and produce the cellular phone and wireless telecommunication products.
